The Services make use of “Cookies” and related technologies, such as pixel tags, web beacons, clear GIFs, and JavaScript (collectively “Cookies”), to let our servers identify your web browser, track when and how often users access and use our Services, spot trends, understand our user base, and run and improve our Services. When you use a computer, tablet, phone, or other similar device to access our Services, tiny amounts of data called cookies—usually text files—are placed on that device. We may also add information from third parties, such as those who have put their own Cookies on your device, to the data we already have about you.(s). The Services currently do not accept “Do Not Track” requests made by a browser due to our use of Cookies.
Important Cookies. Cookies that are essential to providing you with features or services you have asked for are necessary. For instance, certain Cookies allow you to access protected portions of our Services by logging in. Certain functions and services might not function if these Cookies are disabled.
Cookies that work. Functional cookies are used to store your preferences and settings for our Services, remember them over time, and identify you when you visit again. These cookies assist us in remembering your preferences and customizing our material for you. (For example, your choice of language or region).
Cookies for performance or analytics. We can analyze user behavior using performance and analytical cookies. They do this by compiling data on the volume of users who access the Services, the pages users watch, and the length of time users spend on each page. To better serve those who interact with our ads, performance/analytical cookies assist us in tracking the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives. For instance, cookies are used by Google LLC (“Google”) in conjunction with its Google Analytics services. The Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy govern how Google may use and divulge the data gathered by Google Analytics about your trips to the Services. By visiting the Google advertising opt-out website at www.google.com/privacy_ads.html or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/, you can refuse Google’s use of cookies.
Advertising/Retargeting Cookies. Retargeting and advertising cookies gather information about your online behavior and pinpoint your preferences so that we can show you ads that we think will be of interest to you. Please refer to the part below titled “Information about Interest-Based Advertisements” for more details on this.
Through the settings of your internet browser, you can choose whether to allow Cookies. Most browsers offer the option to disable the Cookie feature, which will stop your browser from taking new Cookies and may also (depending on the sophistication of your browser software) give you a variety of options for deciding whether to accept each new Cookie. All the cookies that are currently on your computer can be deleted as well. However, if you do this, some Services and functionalities on our website might not operate and you might have to manually change some preferences each time you visit.

Through the Services, we might display ads as well as permit third-party ad networks, such as ad servers, ad networks, advertising agencies, and research companies, to do so. Users who match broad profile categories or exhibit preferences or behaviors may be shown these advertisements (“Interest-Based Ads”). You may give us information for interest-based advertising (including personal data), or we may get it from the way a specific user uses the Services and/or third-party services. Such data may be gathered by monitoring users’ actions over time and across unrelated websites, such as when you exit the Services. To do this, we or our service providers may send Cookies to you via the Services, along with a file (also referred to as a “web beacon”) from an ad network. Ad networks can provide aggregated, anonymous auditing, research, and reporting for marketers and us thanks to web beacons. Ad networks can deliver targeted advertisements to you when you browse other websites thanks to web beacons. Ad networks can watch, modify, or set their own Cookies on your browser using web beacons, just as if you had requested a web page from the ad network’s website.
We adhere to the Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising of the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”). (“Interest-Based Advertising Policy - Digital Element”) Several media and marketing associations have created an industry self-regulatory program through the DAA and Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) to give consumers a better understanding of and greater control over ads that are tailored based on a consumer’s online behavior across different websites and properties. Please visit the DAA’s or NAI’s consumer opt-out pages at http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ or www.aboutads.info/choices to make decisions about Interest-Based Ads from participating third parties, including to opt-out of receiving behaviorally targeted advertisements from participating organizations.

Please be aware that no method of transmitting data over the internet or storing data is entirely secure, despite our best efforts to safeguard the security of your account and other data that we keep in our files.
We keep your personal information on file for as long as your registration with us is active or as long as it takes to deliver our services to you. When it comes to meeting our legal obligations, resolving disputes, collecting fees owed, or in other situations where it is allowed or required by relevant law, rule, or regulation, we occasionally keep Personal Data for longer periods of time. When data does not allow us to directly identify you, we may keep it in an anonymous or aggregated form as well.
