Patients Medical Wellness is committed to providing the highest quality products and customer service and is responsible for delivering orders to the customers.
How Much Is the Shipping Cost?
Our standard fixed shipping rate via USPS Priority Mail to the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) is $9.95 for orders below $200. Orders over $200 ship FREE.
When Will I Get My Shipment?
Depending on your location, your order will arrive 3-7 business days after it is processed.
Can I Cancel or Edit My Order?
Please review your order carefully, as we are unable to modify or cancel it after it has been placed. Working 24/7, our fulfillment team processes and packages orders almost immediately after they get them. Once an order is sent to them, it cannot be deleted or altered, even if it has not been shipped yet.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns on damaged items or if you received the wrong products. But please first email us (customercare@mysupplements.store) within 15 days of your purchase. When you get authorization to return the products, please include a short explanation of what happened. We will then promptly refund your payment. We are proud of the quality of our products and our company, but sometimes mistakes happen.
